Neat Current — Online Store Terms

Neat Current sells home organization products through this Shopify store. Our launch collection is supplied and fulfilled by Royal Craft Wood. Product pages identify what is included, materials, approximate dimensions and care instructions. Natural bamboo color and grain vary. Interior scenes illustrate styling; furniture and props are not included.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you place an order. Available inventory and delivery services can change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you about cancellation and a refund for the unavailable item. We do not substitute products without your agreement.

Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Order processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, available in the store footer and checkout, before ordering.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our published return policy. Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be handled according to that policy and applicable law.

Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Keep your account and payment information secure. Do not use this website to transmit malicious content, impersonate others or make fraudulent purchases.
