Where orders ship from
Royal Craft Wood fulfills these products directly from the United States. Neat Current is your retailer and customer-service contact. We are launching with delivery to the United States.
Shipping rates and timing
Available delivery services, shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your destination, before you place your order. Allow time for supplier processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, destination and carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking is sent when your order ships.
Check the fit before ordering
Measure the usable inside width, depth and height of your space. Product diagrams show approximate dimensions; allow clearance for runners, hinges and opening the drawer. Natural bamboo color and grain vary. Interior styling and props are not included.
Returns within 30 days
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Keep the product unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Do not send an item to the dispatch address without return instructions.
Our connected supplier return policy provides a return label with no label fee and no restocking fee. We will provide the label and return instructions after the request is accepted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and the supplier confirms the refund. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not normally refunded unless the item was incorrect, defective, or a refund is required by law.
Something arrived wrong or damaged?
Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photos if available. Keep the item and packaging while we arrange the appropriate resolution with the supplier.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We will request cancellation, but cannot guarantee it once fulfillment has begun. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.
